Assess. Identify. Design. Educate

STEP ONE: ASSESS

We perform a comprehensive client task analysis, taking into consideration all of your medical and/or physical needs and how that affects your ability to access your home safely. If a caregiver is involved, we assess that person as well in order to make the most appropriate recommendations for both of you.

STEP TWO: IDENTIFY

We perform an environmental assessment to identify any barriers to safety and accessibility. We assess the safety and accessibility of all entrances and exits to the home, bathrooms, and doorways.

STEP THREE: DESIGN

We will complete a report identifying all safety and accessibility barriers listed from most urgent to least urgent. As we list what's the most urgent, we will also recommend a timeline for completion.

STEP FOUR: EDUCATE

We educate you and your caregivers on the full understanding of our holistic approach to home safety evaluations and report.
