AgeWise Home began with a personal experience that revealed a larger need. When Florence, an aging-in-place specialist and senior living executive, met Benjamin, a project management professional and Marine Corps veteran, they were united by a shared purpose: navigating the complex care needs of Benjamin’s mother. Through hands-on caregiving, home modifications, and coordination with providers, they experienced firsthand the challenges families face every day.

Drawing on their combined expertise, they transformed AgeWise Home into a mission-driven consulting and development support firm. What began as family guidance has evolved into a practice that shapes the future of senior living. Today, they work alongside developers with multiple assisted living properties, providing regulatory support, EPD Waiver readiness, accessibility and design guidance, operational structure, and quality systems that create safe, dignified environments for seniors.
