AgeWise Home was founded in 2019 by Florence C. Macauley as an innovative aging in place focused business. The business idea was sparked during Florence's recovery from major surgery, in which her sister, Petrina Sweet traveled from El Paso, TX to Washington, DC to assist her. These sisters put their expertise in Physical Therapy and Healthcare to work and made some changes to the living space to make daily tasks easier during Florence’s recovery. What they realized is most families may not know that simple changes can make a difference in them living in "their home" or a home.

AgeWise Home has a mission to advocate for the elderly, people with disabilities, and Veterans by providing them with high-quality non-medical concierge and consulting services. We want to make a positive impact (or real impact) in the lives of our clients by enhancing their quality of life, increasing their sense of independence, and ensuring accessibility in their homes and communities.
