1. What methods of payment do you accept?

2. What Washington Metropolitan areas do you serve?
Providing home modifications for customers located within a 20-mile radius of the Washington Metropolitan Area. Virtual consultations are available for everyone nationwide.

4. Are you a home health agency?
No, we are not a home health agency. We do provide a full range of non-medical senior care services.
5. Does each client have an Account Manager who is their primary contact or does AgeWise Home take a team approach?
AgeWise works as a team, however, each client will have an Account Manager selected based on their needs. If that Account Manager is unavailable another team member will assist but the client’s point of contact will not change.
6. How often may I receive services?
That is up to the client's and/or family's discretion. We may visit daily, weekly, monthly, or as needed. In our experience, our clients benefit from flexibility.
7. How quickly can services begin?

8. How do you charge for services?

9. Do you work with hospitals?
Yes, we are often engaged by hospitals to accompany patients or clients to and from their residences. We are able to, for instance, communicate with doctors and our clients to ensure proper discharge instructions are followed.
10. What is Memory Care?
Memory Care is a distinct form of long-term care designed to meet the specific needs of a person with Alzheimer's disease, Dementia, or other types of memory impairments and mild cognitive impairments. Our team can assist you or your loved ones to focus on care, security, special programming, higher staff-to-care ratios, specialized training, and specially designed housing; to determine the best setting.
11. What is a home modification?
Home modifications are retrofits or adjustments made to existing homes to improve physical accessibility for people with disabilities or older adults who prefer to age in place.
12. Do you have a service provider with whom you have an ongoing relationship, who you regularly use and recommend?
Yes, after decades of living and working in the Metropolitan area, we have a number of trusted and vetted vendors.
13. Do your AgeWise Home representatives provide reports after each visit?
Yes! We send scheduled reports or leave phone messages to client families or representatives after each visit depending on the services provided. You'll be comforted to know that one of our qualified representatives serves as your eyes and ears on the ground, observing emotional well-being and behavior to the same extent you would.
